So Many Colors in the Rainbow

New stages in life call for a new perspective on things.
It's like you suddenly tap in to a whole new color.

Let's say you've been living for so many years...and you've never seen the color yellow.
Never even heard of it.
Or maybe you've heard of it but you never really thought about it.
Or you thought about it but you never really understood it.

Then one day you wake up.
On the morning
of the beginning
of the rest of your life.

And suddenly you see the color yellow.

It's in places you've been to hundreds of times before - but you never noticed.
It's in the weave of the fabrics you've always worn - but never saw.
It's in the things people say - that you've heard countless times, but never really heard.

The world has become a more colorful place.
It makes me want to revisit all the places I've been.
All the people I've met.
What else was I missing out on?

i would like to tap into a new color
maybe a new train of thought too!
just sometimes
i dont know if what i am commenting as to do with anything
i want to tap into greens
all kinds of greens, and browns and purples and yellows
i wish i could paint and make a whole new life
but i already did cuz i moved
but yeah
maybe just a day were i could find a wall any wall that needs a paint job and sorta just take a brush and listen to music and paint something so prettiful that whoever would walk past it would be able to see things in a different color
(and that goes for me too)
yeah
lchaim to a color bright beautiful life where you just go higher and higher in colors and understanding how great this world of Hashem really is
and how awesome Hashem is!

i'm not sure if this post expresses what i wanted to say...basically it's about life and maturity.
and how you learn new things.
and with the new knowledge you suddenly have a whole new world opened up to you...and you can revisit all the places you've been and people you've known and see things you never saw before.

it's like tapping into a part of your neshama that lays dormant for so many years and suddenly vavooom. the world has new color.
