A Moment of Silence
So much sadness.
Rabbi Levitansky passed away today.
Unbelievable.
Wow.
Some people are meant to live forever.
Leaders.
Legends.
My memories of him are at camp rallies; this little rabbi with the energy and youthfulness of a kid, doing cartwheels on the grass in front of the bleachers to the chants of "Rabbi Levitansky mach ah kuleh..."
Rabbi Levitansky was awesome.
May his family be comforted among the mourners of tzion v'yerushalayim.
I can't even imagine...

and he told us stories that weren't stories. they were life guidances. and he cared about people. like really really.
why is it that some people need to pass away in order to become heroes?
how come i lived 45 minutes away and never spent a shabbos in simcha monica?
makes me wonder how many people i'm missing out on.
but then again, so many awesome people i'm blessed with too...
